As just about every Nokia smartphone is the 8.1 with Android One. That is a virtually unmodified version of the operating system, without annoying bloatware and apps that you cannot remove. Also ensures Nokia monthly security updates until at least three years after the release, and two larger updates. As Google later this year Android Q release, get the 8.1 soon after an update.

In our Nokia 8.1 review we were very pleased with the unit. “With the Nokia 8.1 shows the Finnish manufacturer once again show an excellent midranger. The device has a solid design, fast hardware, excellent’s camera, and by the Android One program, sure updates,” writes Wouter. “All in all you get for 399 euros is a fine smartphone in the house where you have many more years ahead.”
